Salve una cortesia sul motore ci sono dei fili impostati di fabbrica, sono 3 e sono collegati al morsetto n. 70 e da qui vanno 1 al n. 71, 1 al n.72, e 1 al n.74, sapete dirmi se vanno rimossi questi 3 ponticelli???, io per collegare le 2 coppie di fotocellule ho bisogno ( a parte dei morsetti dell'alimentazione 50 e 51) dei morsetti n. 70 e 72. Grazie

Hi the service is pretty unreliable, I’d say roughly 50% of the time it doesn’t work. My gate is verified as connected to my wifi. When you press open or close you get “command not executed”. Sometimes if you open and close the app it displays the status and it may work. Sometimes not. All in all pretty unreliable, you mostly certainly can’t count on it working. We have been using it for about 18 months so it’s not some temporary issue. There’s also no way to debug, no logs nothing. And as an side, there’s no way to schedule events setup timers or anything useful. I wrote cloud platforms for a living, it’s not that hard to have it available 24x7 ! I’m happy.to help you debug the problems if needed.

Dans mon cas avec une alimentation solaire ecosol la manip ne fonctionnait pas car dans le boîtier de l’automatisme un interrupteur (dip2) était sur OFF. 1h30 à trouver la solution pour une programmation qui prends moins d’une minute en temps normal.

J’ai un portail à motorisation solaire et l’écran ne s’allume que lorsque le portail est en mouvement.

Andate vicino al cancello schiaccia i due pulsanti dell vecchi telecomanda. Poi quello che apre cancello sempre del vecchi. E ripetti tutto con quello nuovo dopo ( tutto entro 10 secondi)

Je ne sais pas s'il y a une mentalité particulière à avoir pour bosser chez bft en tout cas dans le sav c'est le service le plus pourri que je connaisse, les techniciens au téléphone sont arrogant/ impoli / irrespectueux aucun sens commercial, je tiens à préciser que je suis poseur depuis 25 ans en fermetures et automatismes, c'est pitoyable qu'il existe encore du personnel aussi démodé et incompétent

Ce tuto est plus d’actualité : Il faut 1 mns pour programmer la nouvelle télécommande En faisant ceci 1- se mettre à côté/sous le récepteur 2- appuyez sur les deux boutons (en même tps ) de l’ANCIENNE télécommande 3 - appuyez sur le bouton à recopier ( le gauche pour moi ) Résultat : le récepteur clignote à tte vitesse 4 - appuyez sur les deux boutons (en même tps ) de LA NOUVELLE télécommande 5- appuyez sur le bouton que vous voulez programmer ( j’ai gardé le gauche dans mon cas ) Résultat : le récepteur arrête de clignoter, C’est terminé Ça prends 1mns chrono ! Je comprends pas pourquoi cette vielle vidéo est toujours en ligne … Have fun 👍

Chiarissimo top! Con questo sono riuscito a duplicare (vedere anche quello senza display, ho due cancelli sul condominio con due centrali diverse: con e senza). NB in quello senza display ho premuto i due tasti sulla centralina insieme per fare iniziare a lampeggiare il led e startare l’accoppiamento. NON SERVE IL VECCHIO RADICOMANDO

Good morning. Can you please explain what do you mean with "working time"? I am trying to set the shutter to open at a specific hour and close at a specific hour. If it's not possible, at least I'd like it to shut down at a specific hour. I've tried programming the automatic closure, but the longest span I've managed to get is 3 minutes; it'll close after 3 minutes after opening, no matter how much time I leave between transmitter-clicks during the programming. It is a Luna AC B, but I haven't been able to identify the model. Is it possible to schedule anyhow?
